Hello, I’m Jorge from Santa Barbara Evolution Landscape providing you with all of your landscaping needs.
So, this project we installed – sods with sandstone border all along the edge there. The porter-carpet was installed already. It has that gorilla bark, so it has that shredded bark to help retain the water and the moisture. As you can see, the sprinklers are running.
And we also installed this little flagstone patio with succulents in between. It was a client`s idea which I love and I`m surprised I haven`t done any of this relatively lately, but I`m started recommending my clients it`s look really nice. I`ll be taking more videos, more pictures so you, guys, can take a look.
But just take a look at the grass, it`s been about week now and since the weather is relatively cool and it`s been raining, it goes off twice a day for about 15-20 minutes. It was at 20 minutes we`re at 15 minutes now because we`re in the second week, so we can decrease it. But looks like it`s taking hold.
We make shure we use gopher wire, so they can protect their investment, because way too many times I come into new clients put them brand new lawn which looks perfectly fine, but within a few weeks the Gophers will start chewing, eating the roots, eating the grass and it`s just a mess.
So take a look at that, I have a beautiful deck here. They got installed some nice chairs.
